Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy
When will I receive my package?
Our products are made to order and packaged within 7-10 business days. We ship US Postal First Class which can take between 3-7 business days to arrive depending on your location and their holiday schedules.
How can I track my package?
When your package has shipped an email with your tracking number will be provided. You can go to usps.com to track your packages further.
International packages are tracked within the US. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days to receive your package. We are not responsible for duties, taxes or additional fees associated with shipping out of the country. If your package is rejected at the border we will refund your monies for the total sum of your order (excluding shipping costs) within 12-14 business days.
DISCLAIMER: We are not responsible for packages that have been "delivered" to the shipping address provided at the time of your order. We will do what we can to ensure your satisfied with your experience with your purchases.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
We do not issue refunds due to the nature of our products. If you have received damaged or incorrect goods we will reship and or refund your fiats at our discretion.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. A claim can be made to your local post office and we will use our discretion to determine if a refund will be issued.
